Mumbai – In a relief to students and their parents, the time table for the SSC board exam for 2017 is likely to be changed. Education commissioner Dheeraj Kumar directed board chairman Gangadhar Mhamane to change the SSC board exam time table. The SSC board exam will be conducted during 7th March to 29th March. The time table, announced on 28th October, had four papers of Science Part-2, History/Civics, Geography-Economics and ITC (Information and Communication Technology) in a row from 20th March to 23rd March. Students were under tremendous pressure to prepare themselves for the next paper in less than 24 hours. They had demanded a gap between these papers following which Education Council member Anil Bornare and MLC Kapil Patil had also supported students’ demand for the gap in the time table. Taking note of this, education commissioner directed the concerned authorities.
