IIT-Bombay's annual science and technology festival, TechFest, is one of the most popular college events attended by many tech enthusiasts in India. Over the years, the event has set new standards by raising the level of information shared at the festival. This year too the participants and attendees of the TechFest will be able to meet someone special at the “DaVincian Spectacle: A Fusion of Art and Science” themed festival.


As per recent announcements, the team is all set to bring world’s first actor-performer humanoid, RoboThespian,  next month, at the IIT-B campus located in Powai. RoboThespian will be a part of three-day Techfest, which will be held between January 3 and 5, 2020.

The humanoid was designed with an aim to facilitate its interaction with humans in a public environment, and is developed by UK-based technology company Engineered Arts. This event will mark RoboThespian’s first visit to India, and the team expects that this will excite all the the visitors of the festival.
