The novel coronavirus has taken city of Mumbai by storm since its spread back in March. The deadly virus has also managed to make its way into the most famous house of Bollywood. On Saturday, it was reported that veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan was tested Covid-19 positive along with his son Abhishekh Bachcha. A day later, his daughter-in-law, actress Aishwariya Rai Bachchan and 8-year old granddaughter Aaradhya also tested positive for the virus.
Following this, actor Amit Sadh, who is Abhishekh Bachchan’s co-star on the show ‘Breathe: Into The Shadows’, had posted on twitter saying that although he felt perfectly fine, he would get a precautionary Covid-19 test done on Sunday.

On Monday, the actor again took to the social media platform to share his health update. He happily announced that he has tested negative for the virus. He tweeted, “Thank you for your prayers and concerns. This is the only time I say happily I am negative. To all people battling this, my prayers and thoughts continue. Love you. Togetherness is the only strength !”

While Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan are both admitted at Nanavati Super Speciality Hospital, Aishwariya Rai Bachchan and her daughter Aaradhya are quarantined at home, as per media reports. The news has shaken the film industry by the core and well-wishers have shown support to the Bachchan family in these tough times.
