Legendary Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan aka Big B has been seen in a completely different avatar as ‘Raahat Raja’ in an ad film for a popular hair oil brand - Navratna. The ad has been directed by Nitesh Tiwari, director of 2016's most popular film Dangal. It is also said that Big B has also sung for the ad film.
Even though Bachchan has done several ads for Navratna hair oil earlier, this ad film is said to be a recreation of one most popular old song "Sar Jo Tera Chakraye" in an ingenious fashion with a drama tadka in it. Big B is also seen playing the role of a ‘Champiwala’ in the ad film.
As per reports, a source from the production team said "It was astounding to see the liveliness that Bachchan sir brings to stage. With such a peppy song, the energy levels were very high during the shoot. We are very happy with how the film has turned out and whoever we have shown it has just loved it."
Amitabh Bachchan as Raahat Raja would be seen reviving the most lively dance steps from his iconic songs such as "Kajra re", "Jhoom barabar jhoom" and "Khaike paan Banaras wala", stated the source.
