Mumbai - He came, he jumped and had the media eating out of his hands. International superstar and Kung Fu Badshah faced media in Mumbai at Juhu after a gap of nine years. Chan was in Mumbai to promote his latest movie 'Kung Fu Yoga' along with Bollywood actor Sonu Sood. The film is directed by Stanley Wong. Chan had this time unmistakably absorbed the Indian ethos - he arrived at the venue a fashionable four hours late.
But when he arrived, he more than made up for the delay. Chan and his son took to the stage on a scooter while his ardent fan, actor Shilpa Shetty came to share her childhood memories about the action star.
Along with the star cast, Jackie shared moments of the making of this film. In his usual humble and humorous style, Chan answered media queries including one about the much awaited Oscar that he received recently.
Yes, time takes its toll but it also had to leave somethings untouched. Thankfully, Jackie Chan is one of them. Barring a few random signs of age, the 62 years old's humility, agility and love for his craft still appear intact. Touch wood.
Kung Fu Yoga the film releases on 3 February.
