Sachin Pilgaonkar who is known for his acting, direction and dance, a multi-faceted personality, was awarded 'Lifetime Achievement' award at 'Shree Maharashtra Desha' programme. Malabar Hill Citizens' Forum chose Pilgaonkar for this honorary award and it was handed over by the former sheriff Kiran V Shantaram.
Pilgaonkar has worked in Bollywood for more than 50 years. Not only Bollywood, but he has given memorable movies for Marathi cinema as well.
On this event, former Home minister Madhu Anna Chavan, BA Desai, Krupa Singh, and Mumbai Live's CMD Milind Sabnis were present.
