Beauty Pageants have known to shape the future of many men and women around the world, and this concept has grown over the years. Today, such platforms provide opportunities for aspirants to shine in the space of education, social work, films, music, modeling and many others.
One such pageant which is also making dreams come true is Miss Diva. 19 contestants will be competing for the crown, and they are mentored by former Miss Universe, Lara Dutta. Miss Supranational 2017, Jenny Kim, is here to support and motivate the contestants.
Sharing her experience with Mumbai Live, Jenny said, “The journey has been fantastic. Thanks to Supranational for this experience. I'm traveling all around the world and have been to different parts of Asia, Europe. Being a guest for Miss Diva is an enriching experience. I'm now in India which I never thought and I would travel to different parts of this beautiful country.”
Talking about inspiring the contestants, she said, “The most difficult part of the challenge in a pageant is to stay positive. Every girl wants to win the crown and one needs to be themselves and show the true personality to the judges. I just want to tell all the contestants to enjoy every moment at the pageant and make friends. All they need to do is never forget to smile and stay positive.”
The winner of Miss Diva 2018 will be announced on August 31, 2018and will represent India at the 67th Miss Universe 2018 in Bangkok, Thailand which will be held in December 2018.
