Padmaavat star Deepika Padukone and her co-actor Shahid Kapoor, will soon get wax statues at Madame Tussauds museums in London and New Delhi.

Both the stars took to Instagram and announced the news, “Keep an eye out. Coming soon”, posted Shahid and “It’s all about the details“, Deepika shared.

In a Facebook live video from the British capital, Deepika shared her excitement of getting waxed at Madame Tussauds, “It’s fun, exciting and in a way I feel a lot of gratitude because you know when you give your fans a little more than just the movies, then it’s really, really special. I hope they enjoy it as much as we enjoy creating it,” said Deepika



The actress is currently in London getting her measurements taken for the process. Deepika’s statue will be placed in the A-list category.
