Bollywood’s Nawab couple Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan have reportedly moved out of their home in Bandra. The family has shifted into a bigger house, which is designed by Darshini Shah, earlier this year ahead of welcoming their second son ‘Jeh’.

However, the duo never sold their abode and are still owners of the luxury crib. Reports suggest that they have rented out their old house at Fortune Heights in Mumbai’s Bandra area.

According to a report published by Money Control, the 1,500-square-foot apartment has been rented for INR 3.5 lakhs per month along with a deposit of INR 15 lakhs. It comes with two car parking spaces.

A registered rent agreement document has been accessed by Indextap.com. It revealed that Saif Ali Khan has rented the house to a firm called Guilty by Association Media LLP. The agreement was reportedly signed on August 13.

Moreover, it has come to light that the property has been rented out for three years, with the cost increasing every year.

In the first year, the rent would be INR 3.5 lakhs per month and will go up to INR 3.67 lakhs and INR 3.87 lakhs respectively in the second and third year. The capital value of the apartment is reportedly between INR 12 to INR 14 crores.

Meanwhile, the designer had earlier revealed that just like their previous house, this new home also has a library, artworks, antiques, candles, nursery for Jeh, Taimur’s own space, beautiful terraces including a swimming pool. It’s a lot larger than their old house.

Currently, the family is enjoying their vacation in the Maldives.
