People born in the 90s would have a strong memory of Scooby, the cartoon character which went onto become a favourite for many of us. Fans of Scooby can now rejoice, as the makers have brought the character alive again for us in a film which would release in 2020.
The film titled 'Scoob' featuring Zac Efron will release in India on May 15, 2020. This first animated film of the franchise will bring Scooby-Doo and the gang on the big screen for another adventure as they solve a new mystery. As per reports, Zac will be lending the voice of Fred, Amanda Seyfried for Daphne, Gina Rodriguez for Velma, Will Forte for Shaggy, and longtime Scooby voice actor Frank Welker returns to voice the ever-popular character for the movie.
The story of the film will reveal how Scooby and Shaggy became friends and their journey as young detectives after they joined Fred, Velma and Daphne to form the famous Mystery Inc. The team together have solved many cases and fans will be able to enjoy the biggest and most challenging mystery ever in this face, as they race to stop this global "dogpocalypse", the gang discovers that Scooby has a secret legacy.
Scoob is directed by Tony Cervone and will be distributed in India by Warner Bros. Pictures.
