Thane Creek
The pink birds can be spotted at the Thane Creek where every year thousands of flamingos are seen. One can book a ticket for flamingo watching tours through the Coastal Marine Biodiversity Centre in Airoli near Thane. The tour will take the visitor within the mangrove stretch from where one can enjoy the birds closely.
Sewri Jetty
Another prevalent place for flamingo spottings in Mumbai is the Sewri Jetty. The flamingos can be seen here till the arrival of the rainy season. Sewri is the best place to spot the flamingos in the city and various flamingo sighting tours will assist the visitors with a little inside marshy regions for a closer look.
