Make over of Nature Park gathers speed

Mumbai - The make over of Maharashtra Nisarg Udyan in Dharavi and the Mithi River will be done without costing any harm to the environment.
A foot over bridge (FoB) will be constructed to join Sion, Dharavi and BKC. The MMRDA had invited designs for the garden and the FoB. A design of City Collaborator Company has been selected from the 30 companies that participated in this process.

The proposed make over includes:

1. 400 m FoB from Nature Park to the BKC
2. Bird Watching Tower
3. Bird Blind Box
4. Bicycle track
5. Butterfly Garden
6. Farms Market
7. Water Recycling Plant
8. Orientation Centre
9. Library
10. Cafeteria
11. Administrative Building

Estimated cost of the project: Rs 60 crore.
