Mumbai: Partly Cloudy Sky For 2 More Days

On Thursday, March 24, the Regional Meteorological Department, stated that Mumbai will witness partly cloudy skies for the next two days. The Meteorological Department highlighted on Friday, March 25 at 08:00 hours that for 48 hours the city will witness a partly cloudy sky. 

Similarly, the Santacruz observatory recorded a maximum temperature of 35.3 degrees Celsius and a minimum temperature of 25.4 degrees Celsius. On the other hand, the Colaba observatory registered a maximum temperature of 32.5 degrees Celsius and a minimum temperature of 24.8 degrees Celsius. 

Therefore, the forecast for the next 48 hours includes a partly cloudy sky and a maximum and minimum temperature of 37 and 24 degrees Celsius respectively. 

On the other hand, the System of Air Quality and Weather Forecasting And Research (SAFAR) brought to light that the Air Quality Index (AQI) in Mumbai on Friday is 139 which is under the satisfactory category. 

An IMD official was quoted in narratives elaborating on how Mumbai will see the partly cloudy sky for a day or two which will eventually disappear. This will be followed by sunny and dry weather. However, the official added that while there could be certain variations at times, the general trend will be light clouds in the morning which could disappear during the day.
