Mumbai - The metropolis usually receives a fair bit of rainfall, but last year was an exception. This year again, the rain gods have smiled on Mumbai once more. As per the data recorded by the automated meteorological centres of the municipal corporation, this year, Mumbai has received 60.93% more rainfall compared to last year. The Mulund area has received the highest amount of rainfall, while Colaba has received the least rainfall this season. The eastern suburbs received a total of 2514.69 mm, while the western suburbs received 2595.18 mm of rain.
