Renowned celebrity designer Salim Asgarally threw a grand success party to celebrate the launch of his latest collection, titled, ‘Nawabi’ – a menswear line along with his famous ‘Flower Power’ and ‘Black Magic’ collection dedicated to women. This star-studded meet and greet witnessed a lot of renowned people from the television industry along with stylists and fashion bloggers.

The champagne soiree was held at his store in Santacruz West and showcased all three collections. Upon receiving a positive response from the onlookers at the occasion, the very elated Salim Asgarally says,
The women’s line denotes the two sides of women – feminine and sensual whereas the menswear collection is my very first initiative and I couldn’t be more proud and happy by the positive reviews on my collections as they define me as a person, so I guess I have done something right!
On being asked about how his winter collection is very colourful with a lot of floral work to which he replied,
I don't want to be typified, till previous year my fall collection was monochrome and hues but this year I wanted to break the stereotypes and therefore the floral designs that one can see.
The attendees of the party included Teena Singh, Akash Dadlani, Vinta Nanda and various other celebrity stylists.
