Eid-e-Milad celebrated at Bandra

Bandra- On the occasion of Eid-e-Milad, a procession was held at Behram Nagar Nava Pada by the Sunni Jamat-e-Islam on Monday.

A bike and truck rally was also part of this procession. Fruits and roses were distributed to 300 patients at the Bhabha hospital. This festival is celebrated as the birth anniversary of the Prophet Mohammed, says Imtiaz Shaikh, president of Jamat-e-Islam.The members of this organisation also distributed roses and fruits to fire brigade officers and police officers at NIrmal Nagar, Bandra east and to the unprivileged .
