Copper Chimney, the pioneering restaurant brand with its strong, endearing legacy of serving the very best cuisine the North-West frontier has to offer, has launched a special 'Flavours of Copper Chimney' menu, just in time for the summer.

The well-curated menu offers everything from hearty biryanis to refreshing summer drinks, perfect to cool down with. Diners can enjoy Main Courses which feature the seasonal jackfruit, best eaten during the summer months. Options include Tawa Kathal Biryani, Punjabi-style biryani with masala jackfruit, pounded spices and fresh mint leaves; Omelette Biryani, a new avatar of Dum cooked egg biryani; Bhuna Kathal Kofta, roasted jackfruit dumplings served in a tomato gravy, seasoned with fresh, house-made garam masala; and Dhaba ‘Anda,’ a trucker favorite boiled egg in tangy onion-tomato masala. Accompanying breads include Low-Gluten Roti or Naan; Old Delhi ‘Lal’ Kulcha, brushed with a red-hued spice mix; and Chunda Malai Kulcha, a special kulcha stuffed with chunda pickle and cheese, and baked in the tandoor.

To wash down the hearty main course options is a series of Summer Coolers, which features detox drinks like Summer Breeze, a combination of mint, cucumber and ginger; Chaii Thandaii, iced tea with lemon, ginger and mint, finished with a drizzle of honey; and Tropical Fusion, a cool drink featuring a blend of orange, carrot, ginger and mint.

Aam Ka Panna

No summer feels complete without an icy Margarita in hand, and the Flavours of Copper Chimney menu does not disappoint on that front. Diners can enjoy fruity and refreshing options featuring kiwi; litchi & tomato; cucumber & mint; and pomegranate & basil. Mocktail versions are also available.

Mango Mastani

The special menu is made complete with a variety of Mango Specials. Guests can cool down with a refreshing Aam Ka Panna, a house-special summer drink made fresh with raw mango and black salt. Other options on this seasonal special menu include Kesari Mango Phirni, mango-infused phirni made exquisite with Kashmiri kesar, and topped with fresh mango; Mango Kulfi with Fresh Mango, Patiala kulfi enriched with fresh mango pulp and served with chunks of fresh mango. You don’t want to miss this simple yet delicious Fresh Mango with Ice Cream. Also available is Mango Mastani, fresh mango blended with milk and layered with mango ice cream, topped with fresh mango and nuts.
