The weekend witnessed the grand opening of Um Doiss Tres, the flagship brand of J71 Hospitality in Andheri Lokhandwala, and it is a product modeled by celebrated hospitality experts Roy Edwin, Natacha De Sa, Naveen Kotyankar and Chef Xavier Fernandes, Um Doiss Tres is focused on the intersection of comfort food, delicious cocktails and good vibes. It offers an eclectic menu boasting elevated renditions of New World cuisine, with style and aplomb.


The Celebrities in attendance for the launch party were Urvashi Rautela, Ishita Raj Sharma, Inder Kumar, Aarti Singh, Pracheen Chauhan, Dishank Arora, Bruna Abdullah, Maryam Zakaria and others.

The menu offers large and satisfying portions of Modern European food, a tasteful mix of Italian, Portuguese, Spanish and Mediterranean cuisines. Designed by Chef Xavier Fernandes, the menu features innovative dishes that exhibit a distinct flavour and texture. The authentic recipes crafted at Um Doiss Tres, form robust, hearty servings that imbue guests with a sense of nostalgia and comfort. The big plates are great value and perfectly suited for a scrumptious early dinner.

New World cuisine is so diverse with a basis in regional traditions and geographic influences on farming. So we wanted to create fascinating culinary experiences to give our guests an opportunity to explore local cuisines of the New World regions. Um Doiss Tres is committed to serve real good food, while keeping our offerings affordable for everyone. No compromises made, ensuring the use of well-sourced, seasonal and artisan ingredients”.

Signature dishes include Pepper and sesame crusted baby tiger prawns, Pulled chicken chives mini toasted baguettes with truffle oil, Pork chorizo and chick pea stew, Cafreal marinated roasted chicken pizza, Peri-peri marinated angel shrimps pizza, Roast garlic chicken espetada and Pan seared fish of the day with mustard sauce and veggies.


The bar menu is designed by famed Mixologist and Bar Consultant, Naveen Kotyankar. It comprises of traditional and modern cocktails, signature sangrias, premium liqueurs and a wide selection of refreshing mocktails. The bar menu is carefully crafted to complement the food. A mixture of friendly service, tailor-made cocktails, and casual-chic vibes create a thorough pleasant mood at the Bar.

Signature cocktails include Black grape & Berry Mojito, Bitter Orange Martini, Honeydew Melon Sangria (Features as Sangria Bianco on the menu), Sour apple Martini and Malta & Cranberry Caiprojca.
