NYB is all set to introduce freshly made burritos and burrito bowls, to name a few, prepared by Chef Delio Armin Puerto Ceballos who hails from Mexico itself! Needless to say, you’re going to have authentic Mexican magic served to relish!

What is the New York Burrito Company?

It is a 100% vegetarian Mexican restaurant that serves fresh Tex-Mex food prepared by Chef Delio Armin Puerto Ceballos born and brought up in Mexico itself. You’ll be able to indulge yourself with delectable dishes like the Burrito, Burrito bowls, salads, pizzas, empanadas, quesadillas, tortilla-flavour chipotle and more – it’s quite an authentically diverse menu to choose from and trust us when we say this – you won’t be disappointed. You know what’s the best part? Lifelong complimentary Guacamole, made with hass avocado, with every meal for everyone! Nope, we aren’t kidding.



For the Burrito Bowls, we have it with Jain and Non-Jain options. The mains include tasty options like Paneer, Mushrooms, Tex-Mex Soybean, Potatoes and more, with choices of white rice (Jain) or brown wheat rice (Non-Jain). There are two kinds of beans used as well – Pinto Bean and Black Bean, along with a cheese sauce common for both Jain and Non-Jain options. These are in a ‘make to order’ format and can be made in a DIY style too!



Food profile – A combination of authentic and Tex-Mex ingredients sourced internationally and nationally (from cities like Bangalore). The final dishes are a mixture of numerous ingredients and a fusion of Indian and Mexican herbs to ensure you have a Surprise in Every Bite!

A) Signature Dish – The Burrito, duh! It’s an 11-inch delight with 18 different ingredients!

B) The tortillas, corn, flour – all their ingredients are either made by them or sourced from India itself, with a few coming from international waters. What’s more? Their tortillas and sauces are made IN-HOUSE! They’re literally NYB exclusive!

C) It runs on a ‘local produce’ concept where we promote home-grown farming but it certainly ain’t a “run off the mill” space!

D) There is absolutely no use of animal protein in any form

E) It is our goal to promote local affinity and ensure proper hospitality, efficiency, accuracy, innovation, ethics, commitment and sustainability as well

F) Our packaging is sugarcane-based. It is entirely bio-degradable with no plastic material involved. We also use bamboo-based cutlery

Who is behind this brainwave?

First-time restaurateur Senil Shah and seasoned hospitality professional Vinglic Rebello are behind this good hearted venture and come with well-travelled palettes and expertise in food and business. It’s their dream to give India her own authentic Mexican chain whilst promoting local farmers and the marriage of Indian and Mexican palettes. A boot-strap venture, they’re looking to expand further, in the coming years.
