Radisson Mumbai Goregaon's open-air restaurant "The Tipsy Terrace" that shuts in monsoons and reopens this season is finally set to give Mumbaikars a beautiful experience this year, as it was opened again before Diwali with the auspicious cake mixing ceremony.
The place boasts of a trendy ambience, atmospherically lit with colourful lights and many little nooks perfect for chilling out with a group of friends. The terrace also has a jukebox which lets you play playing your choice.
To complement the interesting atmosphere the team of chefs have also curated some lip-smacking Indian Food, and this season they are all set to serve fusion menu at the tipsy terrace, which includes delicacies like Indi Chini bao-bao, Caribbean chicken Tandoori, Tokyo Kebab, Pav bhaji fondue, Peri Peri Murgh Patiala, Bombil Thai Curry and a lot more.
For the ones who love to enjoy a drink, the bar at the Tipsy terrace will also be offering a new variety of beverages like the blue thrill, an atomic bomb, weng-weng, and more.
General Manager of Radisson Goregaon Ajoy Balakrishna and Executive Chef Kamlesh Rawat started the cake mixing ceremony and opened the new season for the Tipsy Terrace.
Talking about the same, Chef Kamlesh Rawat said, “Christmas is no fun without the traditional Christmas cake, and making this cake is not a quick, easy simple step.” Adding to this thought, Ajoy Balakrishna said, “It was a moment of double celebration as we reopened our open-air restaurant tipsy terrace with the auspicious tradition of Cake−Mixing ceremony.”
The launch party just before Diwali was attended by many television celebrities like Deepika Singh, Tina Philip, Pritam Singh, Anup Jalota and others.
