Mumbai's popular artisan bakery, The Baker’s Dozen (TBD), has been at the forefront of India’s bread revolution and tapped the need posed by the people who are fond of artisan bread. The brand, over years, has offered its customers, an exquisite variety of bakery products and has always been synonymous for high quality, freshly baked authentic European breads.

Handcrafted by Chef Aditi Handa, The Baker’s Dozen, recently launched a new functional range, FitKneads, focusing on Gluten-Free and High Protein products, with four new bakes. The team states that inclusivity is the key philosophy behind these creations, as they are specially handcrafted to meet the needs of its customers without compromising the taste of the products.

Talking about the new range, Aditi Handa, Co-Founder and Head Baker said, “We decided to extend our product line and include a new range of functional products, after receiving enormous requests for gluten-free and high protein products from our customers in the last one year. Having the core belief of providing our customers with a delicious array of products, we assure the same health benefit along with the additional benefit to our new products. Our products follow the ethical truth that all crusts and each bite should have equal quantities of the flavour blend without any compromise. ”

The FitKneads range includes products like the gluten-free bread for the people who often ditch bread for their gluten-free diet, high-protein bread packed with 34gms of protein and high dietary fibre which is ideal for all the protein diet lovers. In the sweeter end, the team has launched gluten-free pound cake giving the very same magical taste of our moist cake, and the gluten-free chocolate cake for the one's who don't want to miss chocolate in a cake.
