YOÜMEE, a New Delhi based Pan-Asian restaurant has now set shop in Mumbai as well. The restaurant currently has the five outlets in New Delhi & Bangalore and this is the sixth one that is opening in Mumbai. YOÜMEE will serve as a delivery concept, with its kitchen set up in High Street Phoenix Mall, Lower Parel catering to orders within a 15 km radius.
Having won the hearts of many "hopeless ramen-tics" in New Delhi and Bangalore, the brand now intends to win over Aamchi Mumbai! Sushi, Dim Sum, Ramen & Robata are at the forefront of the menu offerings, and its culinary repertoire is much broader with a variety of Wok items, Curries, Rice, Noodles & Desserts all showcasing the finest of fresh seasonal produce.
Announcing the launch of YOÜMEE in Mumbai, Rohit Aggarwal, Director of Lite Bite Foods Pvt. Ltd. said, "In the short span of two years we've managed to find a loyal fan base across two major cities. The brand is inspired by "Manga" which are Japanese-style comics & graphic novels. Manga comics have been a household name in Japan for several years & have been a foundation of Japanese culture since the late 19th century. Like the cooking Manga, YOÜMEE reflects an overall cultural interest in food and cooking, it is all about the language of vegetables, meat, spices & herbs. It is a food haven, where comic culture and cooking come together to take guests on an epic ride of exploring indigenous dishes--both old & new.
They have a wide range of starters such as the Char Siu Pork Belly, Tsukune Chicken Meatballs. Tangy Lotus Stem or Rock Corn Tempura YOÜMEE's signature items consist of their sushi, dim sums & ramen! For sushi fans, there is YOÜMEE Garden Dragon Roll which it claims is their most popular vegetarian sushi--consisting of tempura-fried asparagus. In non-vegetarian sushi options, spicy Crunchy Tuna roll or classic Spicy Chicken Katsu roll are house favourites. For people on keto-diet, YOÜMEE offers Sashimi Roll which consists of crab stick, Hamachi tuna & salmon wrapped together with Philadelphia cheese using a nori-style sheet made of cucumber!
Aside from all this, YOUMEE's menu boasts of a great Wok and dim sum section.
