Sion - To commemorate the birth centenary of late prime minister Indira Gandhi, a free medical camp was organised on 20th November at Konkani agar, Sion koliwada. It was organised by Congres' south Indian cell and Seven hills hospital. Ex MP Eknath Gaikwad was also present at this camp. In this camp free medical checkup was done also for dialysis, heart ailments and cancer. Yellow and Orange ration card holders were promised free treatment at the nearest hospital. Free eyeglasses were distributed at the camp too. It is better to organise a health camp than organising meetings and functions, said organiser S. A. Sunder.
