‘Maitra’ app for HIV patients

Mumbai- On the account of World Aids Day which falls on 1st December, BMC will inaugurate a new app titled ‘Maitra’. This app will enable the patients to seek information about the needed medicines. Along this, they will get all the information regarding treatments and clinics on one click. BMC believes that this app will build up the trust among the HIV or AIDS patients. ‘Johnson and Johnson’ and ‘Your Technology’ have created this app and bears no cost. BMC mayor Snehal Ambekar will inaugurate the app on 1st December at KEM hospital.
