An event was organised in Bandra on Wednesday under the aegis of Nargis Dutt Foundation and hair care brand Richfeel. The event marked the hair loss problem cancer patients undergoes during chemotherapy and radiotherapy. This was a social cause campaign – ‘My hair for Cancer’ which started on 4 February onwards.
Until now 1,000 people have donated their hair to support the campaign. Present at the campaign was actress Manisha Koirala who is a cancer survivor. Priya Dutt was also present in the event along with Dr Apoorva Shah, Founder Richfeel.
This is an initiative started by Nargis Dutt Foundation and Richfeel. The initiative aims at making hair systems for poor cancer patients.
