On the occasion of World Health Day on April 7, 2022, Maharashtra government has collaborated with MedScapeIndia aimed at improving and transforming healthcare delivery in Maharashtra at Gateway of India, Mumbai. It is commemorated by utilising the chance to create awareness about health and fitness in the state by floating tri-colour balloons into the air. The tri-colour balloon represents our nation's pride, boosting the campaign and ensuring that the maximum number of people engage in this event.

The entire Maharashtra health ministry is actively involved in this event in order to be prepared for any future pandemics. "We are extremely glad for this balloon festival to inspire and push people for a better life," shared Rajesh Tope, Maharashtra Health Minister. They are also in process of developing and rolling out implementation plans for accomplishing the key objectives with selected initiatives like skills training, education, screening diagnostics, and philanthropic activities around the area.

This time, MedscapeIndia is aiming to do something new and diverse, which will have a very positive impact on residents and raise awareness through this campaign. Yoga sessions, free mental counselling, CPR training, and other traditional activities such as lezim to be performed to keep the spirit high.

Dr. Sunita Dube the pioneer of this program said: “Healthy citizens create the health nation and for that cause we need to be united and together we can achieve it she has been working very hard for the welfare of citizens and not only this time. She has been serving our country since 12 years with numerous awards."

Maharashtra has been at the forefront of several significant changes in all areas. Additionally, Deputy CM Ajit Pawar, Envirnomental Minister Aaditya Thackeray, Health Secretary of Maharashtra Dr Pradeep Vyas, Sangram Singh World's Best Wrestler, Cultural Minister, Police, BMC Commissioners, Sports Minister, Commissioner Sudhakar Shinde, Dr. Padmaja and various doctors from the health organisations were also present at the launch event.
