On behalf of Thane Municipal Corporation, a free mobile clinic has been started for the convenience of the citizens and this clinic was inaugurated today by Additional Commissioner of Municipal Corporation 1 Sandeep Malvi. Deputy Commissioner Umesh Birari and health department staff were present on this occasion.

This free clinic is going to be available at various places in the Thane municipal jurisdiction from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm every day. These mobile clinics will have doctors, nurses for preliminary blood tests, and medicines. A screen has been installed in this clinic and through this screen instructions regarding health care etc. will be given.
This mobile clinic will provide primary care to the patients. This mobile clinic will move around the slum areas of the city, it will definitely benefit the poor citizens. The mobile clinic has also benefited from the support of Panasonic India and Guru Kripa Foundation.
