Mumbai - The Wintech Pharmaceuticals Company has come under the radar of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as the authorities have found that the company is allegedly producing medicines without permission. The vigilance department officials from the FDA’s Mumbai headquarters recently inspected the company at Nashik. During investigations, it came to fore that the company has been producing medicines without permission and even allegedly sales them before their tests. There is no competent authority in the company to test these medicines. In all, the company has violated the related laws and hence a show cause notice has been issued to it. A stringent legal action from the FDA is expected soon in this regard.
