Mumbai – Draft DP (Development Plan) 2034 is in the final stage. It was supposed to be finalised on March 20 but has been delayed for two months. BMC will take the matter into its own hands. The civic corporation will get MMRDA’s Existing Land Use Plan (ELU) ready.
Across the city, MMRDA has different development plan which includes Nariman Point, Bandra-Kurla Complex and Oshiwara. BMC will now design the plan of the land which falls under MMRDA. BMC is the designing plan for commercial complexes in BKC, Shanties in Bharat Nagar, the area near Mithi river and parts of Oshiwara.
MMRDA still has the Nariman Point area under the belt.
