The City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) in the new year is slated to offer a housing scheme with 5,000 flats, reports stated. Under the vision of “Home For All”, the offer is anticipated to be made in January 2022 which will offer its services to all the sections of society.

According to accounts, the scheme will be situated at some of Navi Mumbai’s prime locations that include Ghansoli, Dronagiri, Kharghar, Kalamboli and Taloja. Residents will be provided with a range of amenities as well as better connectivity.
Apart from being RERA registered, the projects are also PMAY approved. Participating beneficiaries of the EWS section are eligible to attain central assistance of INR 1.5 lakh as well as state assistance of INR 1 lakh. On the other hand, LG beneficiaries can attain the benefit of a loan subsidy of up to INR 2.67 lakh.
Sanjay Mukherjee, CIDCO VC & MD, took to Twitter to say, “These Buildings are built with Earthquake Resistant Design with state-of-the-art architecture like vitrified/Ceramic flooring, granite kitchen top, polynorm door frame, anodized aluminium sliding windows, external elastomeric acrylic paint & concealed copper wiring”.
Mukherjee added, “A home of one's own is a dream everyone wishes to fulfil. We are committed to ensuring that our schemes are inclusive - and that our homes are open to people all strata of society. We remain committed to our goal of providing the best facilities to the Common Man”.
