Because now MMRC has started a new dress code for both male and female employees. As per this dress code, both the male and the female employees will now need to be dressed in western formals. Moreover, the guidelines of this dress code mandate the female employee to wear skirts that are longer than the knee length.
Further, a good number of recruitments as of now have been done in Metro-3. According to the HR department, just the way a dress code is set for the employees of any governmental department, similarly, MMRC has also zeroed on to a specific dress code for its employees.
As per the GR of the Metro-3, both female and male employees cannot wear any kind of casuals like t-shirts, denim and are forbidden to get any kind of tattoos on their bodies.
