Mahim subway needs repair work

Once again the Mahim subway is reopened for the pedestrians, which was closed for the past several years. In spite of the reopening of the subway, the condition of the subway is still in bad condition. Subway's condition is so miserable that the glass had cracks on it, they are not changed. Now the question arises that, when will they repair the subway?

Local social worker and RTI activist Irfan Macchiwala stated that the complaint was lodged, but the municipal officers said that they didn’t get fund for the repair work of the subway, that’s the reason for the delay in repairing the Mahim subway.

Macchiwala raised questions that where is common man's tax going, where it's been used?
