For the first time since its inception, Maharashtra Housing Authority and Area Development Authority (MHADA) will release its Konkan board’s lottery in MHADA headquarters. Earlier, the lottery was drawn at Rangsharda Hall.

However, for the first time ever, the lottery will be drawn on Saturday at 10:00 in the morning and the venue will be MHADA building.

Earlier, the lottery used to be drawn by the chit system. However, as the technology progressed, MHADA released the lotteries through hi-tech devices. Now, the lotteries are drawn through software and the applicants can check the results online.

Since the MHADA lottery went live, the number of people at the venue have been less. Thus, MHADA has decided to launch the same in their headquarter.

Applicants who want to be present during the release can visit MHADA’s office. However, applicants can visit http://mhada.ucast.in to watch the live streaming. MHADA’s Konkan Board received very less response for 9,018 houses with only 55,324 applications have been submitted.
