Applications for the sale of 49 MHADA houses begins in Nashik

Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) in Nashik recently started accepting applications for the sale of 49  flats (middle-income) at Shriram Nagar-Konark Nagar in Adgaon Shivar from MHADA's Nashik office. Under this process, 

As per reports, applications for the same, in the decided format, will be accepted only until January 14, 2021, and homes with these state-of-the-art facilities will be sold on a one-time purchase basis. Keeping this in mind, applications in mind, officials have invited entries from eligible applicants. Forms are being made available until January 13, 2021, at the office of MHADA Nashik Board's Housing Bhavan, Ram Ganesh Gadkari Chowk, in front of Income Tax Bhavan, only on working days.

Thereafter, the list for the applications received at MHADA Nashik Board office will be released on January 27, 2021.

As planned, these flats will have a carpet area ranging from 60.36 sq.m to 61.69 sq.m, and will be available to the applicants from INR 22.50 thousand to INR 22.9 lakh. To participate in the draw, the applicant must have a monthly family income of Rs. 50,001 to Rs. 75,000.

The house will include a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms (one with an attached toilet), balcony,  one separate attached toilet-bathroom, aluminium windows with grill, and vitrified tiles. The premises will include state-of-the-art facilities like seven-storey RCC building, three lifts (with DG set back up), spacious staircase, fire fighting facility, shared covered parking on the ground floor of the building, and a shared compound wall.

Nashik Board Chief Officer Manisha Jaybhaye further informed that the detailed terms and conditions regarding allotment of flats included in this draw will be available at the office of MHADA Nashik Board.
