Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) president Uday Samant declared that soon, Mumbai board will be releasing a lottery for 1194 houses and 108 shops but he didn’t mention the lottery date or speak about the advertisement date.

Samant informed Mumbai Live that fixing house prices was taking time because of which, MHADA was not able to fix the date for both the advertisement and lottery. He said that in next eight days, prices of houses will be fixed and in the next 15 days, the lottery date will be decided.

In December 2017, MHADA had declared that the Mumbai board will be releasing a lottery for 1000 houses in May 2018. But as MHADA had no homes to deliver, the date of releasing the lottery was postponed.
