Mumbai - A long-standing demand of Goregaon residents for a new railway station between Jogeshwari and Goregaon is going to be a reality soon. The real-time functioning of the new Oshiwara railway station will begin this December. State industries minister Subhash Desai and MP Gajanan Kirtikar recently inspected the ongoing development work at the railway station. Prabhat Sahai, chairman and managing director of the Mumbai Railway Vikas Corporation (MRVC), informed that the work at Oshiwara station is in final stages and it will be opened in the month of December.
