Santacruz - Maharashtra governor Vidyasagar Rao inaugurated a gas crematorium here over the weekend. This modern environment-friendly facility has been funded entirely by the Santacruz Senior Citizens' Association and is the first of its kind in Maharashtra. City BJP president Ashish Shelar, deputy mayor Alka Kelkar, local corporator Geeta Chavan and a large number of people were present on this occasion.
