GTB Nagar – The railway workers are busy in maintaining tracks near Guru Teg Bahadur Nagar railway station from last four days. Still, the sewage water is running on the tracks. It is to be mentioned here that four wagons of a freight train were derails here on February 27 due to sewage water on the track near platform no. 1. These wagons are being kept near the nullah which may result in another such incident.
Though passengers claimed that the sewage water was the main reason behind this derailment, this cannot be stated as the official reason. A committee will be formed to probe this incident, said I.B. Sarode, senior police inspector of Wadala Railway Police Station.
