Ghatkopar- Golibar road which connects the Ghatkopar and LBS Marg, initially was a double lane road but due to the Metro works going on there. The road is now single lane, due to which the traffic here is jammed.
The distance between Amrut Nagar from Ghatkopar station was initially covered in few minutes but now during peak hours, it takes about an hour to reach to and fro. Accidents are also taking place on this road. According to Ashok Borade, Traffic Police Inspector, this road is used as a shortcut, so this road is always jammed.
