Matheran


One of Maharashtra’s prized spots, located atop Western Ghats at an altitude of 2516 feet above sea level, Matheran is one of the oldest and popular hill stations and located near Mumbai. A ride on the Neral-Matheran toy train is a highlight while travelling to Matheran.

Alibaug



A beautiful coastal spot, Alibaug is a very preferred getaway spot for Mumbaikars. Travelling to Alibaug by road isn't as much fun as taking a ferry from Gateway of India is.

Raigad Fort


The 17th century Raigad Fort is Raigad district's pride which is located at an altitude of 2700 feet above sea level on the Sahyadri Mountains. You can either climb up the 1,737 stairs or take the cable car that connects to the fort. It is the perfect weekend getaway for people who like history as it used to be Maratha King Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj's capital.

Kolad


With Kundalika River flowing by this little village, it offers a range of water sports that you can enjoy here. Kolad has a scenic landscape along with several waterfalls emerging from the surrounding mountains making it an ideal spot for trekking and camping.
