A world leader in live entertainment, Canada-based Cirque du Soleil will perform in Mumbai. The world-famous theatrical producer is coming to India for the first time with its new touring show ‘Bazzar’, which will have its world premiere in India.
Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group has presented productions replete with dramatic performances with extraordinarily fanciful costumes staged under surreal lighting and set to original music compositions in close to 450 cities in 60 countries. The group was originally composed of 20 street performers that can put on a mix of acrobatics, choreography, characters and stories, which are told through visuals, thereby transcending any language barriers and appealing to a large audience.

Introducing the essence of what Cirque du Soleil is, its Bazzar will be performed in the newest version of its famous Big Top Tent, which is 62 ft high and 135 ft in diameter, with a seating capacity of over 1500 guests.
The troupe has partnered with BookMyShow to make its swoop in India. The show will be held at MMRDA Grounds, BKC and the entry will be through online registrations.
