Eco-friendly pen, pencils, and Khadi bags…does these thing interests you? Then www.mindonwork.com website is the one for you. Former students of Ruparel College launched this website on 17th August 2016. Here they sell items made out of waste. 5 friends Sudip Soparkar, Prathamesh Shinde, Hrishikesh, Nilesh Sakpal & Siddhesh Sawant brainstormed about how to make eco-friendly items. “We sell these items at a lower price compared to the market. If we get a good response, we will further slash the prices” said Sudip Soparkar, head, mindonwork website.
This enthusiastic group will also be working on creating shirts out of bamboo. During their study, they learnt that 10 pencils could be made out of 1 newspaper. They have also made eco-friendly bookmarks.
