Eminent personalities laud E-Bizz Entertainment’s Lit-O-Fest 2018

The two day festival was attended by well-known personalities like Amruta Fadnavis, Dr. Radhakrishnan Pillai, Karanvir Bohra, Raell Padamsee and many others, who shared their views and opinions on various topics.

India’s premier Literature and Culture festival, Lit-o-fest, was held in Kurla’s Phoenix Marketcity recently, with participation from eminent personalities. The event ended successfully on a note, where authors, TV and film celebs, and many others shared their views on the dynamic literature and social scenario of the country. With an aim to bring literature, arts, and culture on one platform, Lit-o-fest by E-Bizz events garnered appreciation from many who attended and enjoyed the two days of activities.

Talking about the same, Smita Parikh, Festival Director said, “It has a festival which has every colour of India. It involved music, literature, dance, music and a lot more. Basically, it is like a bridge between the legends and upcoming artists in the country.”

 

Sharing her thought, Amruta Fadnavis, First Lady of Maharashtra said, "Lit-o-fest 2018 is very good initiative done by Smita Parikh, Saurabh Daftary, and the team. It is here where great minds, intellectuals, and artists come together on a platform to showcase talent. With these kinds of events and festivals, the city of Mumbai gets lit up. It reintroduces ourselves and unites us, which is appreciated."


The festival also had a special session where artists and personalities joined hands to appeal for a death penalty in cases related to rape. The session titled ‘Nothing less than Saza-e-maut’ also saw the gathering writing their appeal and views on a board especially created as a mark of respect. Talking about the same, panelist and actor Karanvir Bohra said, “It feels great to be a part of this event, as I wanted to be a part of the panel. Being here helped me share my views on this topic.”

The event, on both the days ended with mesmerizing performances by Hariharan (on day 1) and Leslie Lewis (on day 2). Here are some moments from Lit-o-fest 2018.
