The Inspection day parade at the National logistic and training centre of the Indian Navy, INS Hamla at Madh was held last weekend.
The event was presided over by Vice Admiral A R Karve, Flag officer commading in Chief, Southern Naval Command.
The inspection began with Vice Admiral paying tribute to the martyrs
This parade was also attended by principals of various schools from Mumbai, who were the special invitees. It has been the attempt of the armed forces to encourage greater interaction between civilians and themselves.
