Sanjay Dutt and Maanayata Dutt release the teaser of their first Marathi film 'Baba'

Co-produced by Sanjay S Dutt Productions and Blue Mustang Creations, Baba is film that revolves around a sweet boy who is unable to speak, but he is happy and enjoying life with his parents in his small world perched atop a hill.

The Marathi film industry and the fans have been eagerly waiting to get a glimpse of Sanjay Dutt and Maanayata Dutt produced film 'Baba.' Co-produced by Sanjay S Dutt Productions and Blue Mustang Creations, the film's teaser gives an idea about the story that revolves around a sweet boy unable to speak.  Despite, he is happy and enjoying with his parents in his small world perched atop a hill.

 

The first poster of Baba received an overwhelming response and the producers now have released the first teaser of the film, further invoking the curiosity, which comes with the tagline ‘Emotions Have No Language,’ and this aptly highlights the message that it is a story of the Father & Son and their journey through life

Directed by Raj R Gupta, 'Baba' features Tanu Weds Manu and Hindi Medium fame actor Deepak Dobriyal, who is making his foray into his very first Marathi film, along with Nandita Patkar. They are aptly supported by Spruha Joshi, Abhijeet Khandkekar, Chittaranjan Giri, Jaywant Wadkar and the very adorable child artist Aaryan Menghji.

Sanjay Dutt took to his twitter account recently to about his first film production and said, “Dedicating our first Marathi Film BABA to the Person who remained Steadfast in my life through everything! Love you Dad”. Maanayata Dutt has tweeted, Dedicating our first Marathi Film BABA to the one and Only Sunil Dutt Sahab, whose rock-solid support always enhanced our Confidence!. 

Adding to the thought, Ashok Subhedar of Blue Mustang Creations said, "Baba is a story by Manish Singh – well directed by Raj R Gupta and Set in a scenic coastal village of Konkan. This is a story that will resonate with every age group, for its simplicity and innocence.” Raj R. Gupta further added, “I truly believe emotions have no language and this has been beautifully conveyed by the actors in our film. It is a bittersweet tale of how a family pursues happiness over everything."

The movie will hit the silver screens on August 2, 2019.
