Popular Playback singer Papon is back with a bang with a unique Indo French romantic song called Dhokhadhari. The song is the title track of the beautiful new short film called 'Station Master Phool Kumar' starring actor Namit Das.
The song 'Dhokhadhari' is composed by Gaurav Chatterji and beautifully sung by Papon and Manon Gingold in French. The song takes a funny and romantic look at the life of a lonely station master who falls hopelessly in love with a Mysterious woman passenger.
The film 'Station Master Phool Kumar' is a Romantic Comedy directed by award-winning filmmaker and adman Ambar Chakravarty. Its also the first film to be released in the web series 'Offbeats Season 1'. The music video of this original single showcases heart warming scenes from the film and puts a smile on the face. The song begins with French singer Manon Gingold singing in French. It then continues to Papon's melodious voice and enthrals the audience with its magic.
Papon adds saying that "Dhokadhari is a very special song and working on it was sheer delight.
