Mumbai - Indian Postal Department conducted recruitment exams for the post of Postman, MTS (Multitasking Staff), etc. The recruitment was conducted in 2015 across various cities of Maharashtra namely, Mumbai, Thane, Pune, Nashik, Kolhapur, Nagpur, Jalna, Satara, Sangli, Gadchiroli and many others. 2400 candidates were elected for both the posts. Once the verification was done, only 400 were selected. To seek an answer & justice for those 2000 candidates, Prashant Wagh with other candidates rallied a protest in Azad Maidan.
