Amey Ghole, a trusted and close associate of Aditya Thackeray, left the Shiv Sena (UBT) and Yuva Sena to join hands with Eknath Shinde, which is being seen as a major setback for the Uddhav Thackeray faction. Ghole had served as a corporator from Ward number 178, F/North ward of Wadala. A report regarding the same was published in the Free Press Journal.

Obstacles in his work

In a letter to Aditya, Ghole alleged that former Mayor Shraddha Jadhav and Shiv Sena secretary Suraj Chavan created obstacles in his work. He stated that he had brought this issue to Aditya's attention many times, but no solution was found. He had tried to resolve the dispute within the organization, but he had to leave the Yuva Sena with a heavy heart.

Political circles and internal disputes

Ghole held the position of head of the health committee and law committee of BMC. There were discussions in political circles that Ghole was dissatisfied with the functioning of the Yuva Sena. From the past year, he had begun to skip the party's meetings and rallies. Reportedly, Ghole was disappointed with the erstwhile MVA government's decision to make 236 electoral wards in Mumbai for BMC election.

Friendship with Aditya

Ghole added that he entered politics because of Aditya, who had trusted him and given him the opportunity to work for the Yuva Sena. He said that his friendship with Aditya is not limited to politics, and he hopes to continue their friendship in the future.

Joining Eknath Shinde-led Shiv Sena

Speaking to FPJ, Ghole said that he had tried a lot to resolve the internal dispute but couldn't succeed. Eventually, he had to leave the party. He added that he is now joining the Eknath Shinde-led Shiv Sena.

Response to Ghole's allegations

In response to Ghole's allegations, former Mayor Shraddha Jadhav said that she had no issues with Amey. She added that the person who wants to leave the party requires a reason to do so.
