Member of Legislative (MLA) of any constituency has the right to reside at Manora House which is an official second home for MLAs. Soon, this house will be revamped on the lines of Five-Star hotels.

The Manora House is in a dilapidated condition and needs a revamp. Accordingly, Maharashtra's Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis ordered to facelift the house wherein there will be centralised AC and WiFi service. Along with this, Manora House will be an eco-friendly building. CM gave instructions when the said proposal was submitted to assembly. Architect Shashi Prabhu presented the revamp plan for the proposed MLA's residence building.

Manora House will have these facilities

Two buildings will be built in the same place where Manora House stands. These buildings will have rooms for MLAs, parking space, gym, cafeteria, shops and other facilities. To expedite the work, the government is planning to adopt Korean technology.
