CST - Congress MP Ashok Chavan lashed out at BJP State Secretary Raosaheb Danve. Ashok Chavan told that Raosaheb Danve is being driven by power and position, Due to which he is overlooking the farmers who attempted suicide because of drought in Vidarbha and Marathawada. Over 5,000 farmers have attempted suicide. Congress protested for the farmers and this forced the government to provide Rs 4,200 crore package to the farmers.
He added that it was very disappointing to see Raosaheb Danve showing complete discard to the initiative taken by the Congress and he must apologise for the same. This act has brought shame to BJP and has exposed the true colours of the party.
